Last night I went to the Metal Masters show at Post-Gazette Pavilion! WOW!!! What a concert! I caught part of Motorhead. Even though I couldn't make out most of what Lemme was singing...he still rocked! I could make out "Ace of Spades". Then next up was Heaven & Hell with Toni Iommi & Geezer Butler of Black Sabbath and the Legendary Ronnie James Dio! Even though they did not do any solo DIO stuff..they still rocked! Then Judas Priest came on-stage around 10pm and headlined the show. What a treat...I had never seen Priest prior to this concert and it was definitely cool to hear 'Breaking The Law" live! All and all it was a good time. Tailgating before a show at PGP is always fun too. Just make sure you have cans and not bottles in the lot. Bottles can become weapons...so it's against the PGP tailgating law to have bottles of your favorite beverage. Next up Crue Fest!

It's mid-July and I'm having a great summer so far. I've seen some great concerts including RUSH! Plus there are tons of great movies on the BIG screen! Hancock was cool...not what I expected but not bad. I loved WANTED with the still HOT Angelina Jolie. She must have filmed that prior to being pregnant. I understand she just popped out a pair of kids in France! Mother of twins and many other adopted foreign children. Is she building an army with Brad Pitt? Wall-E is a cute family film. I saw that with my kids. I am looking forward to the new Mummy flic and Step-Brothers with Will Ferrell. Have a great summer!

WELL, I HAVEN'T BLOGGED FOR ABOUT A YEAR. WEATHER IS FINALLY NICE AND I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING SOME PIRATES BASEBALL GAMES! I AM ALSO LOOKING FORWARD TO THE SUMMER MOVIE SEASON. I SEE IT STARTED OFF WITH A BANG WITH IRONMAN DOING $100 MILLION!!! MY FAVORITE TV SHOWS ARE WRAPPING UP THIER SEASONS SOON. LOST, THE OFFICE, 30 ROCK, HOUSE, GENE SIMMONS FAMILY JEWELS ALL ROCK THIS YEAR! WELL, I HOPE YOU HAVE AN AWESOME SUMMER AND ENJOY MANY GREAT CONCERTS THIS SEASON. SOME BIG TOURS THIS YEAR...THE POLICE, CRUEFEST WITH MOTLEY CRUE, BUCKCHERRY, PAPA ROACH, PROJEKT REVOLUTION TOUR WITH LINKIN PARK & CHRIS CORNELL, JUDAS PREIST, DISTURBED, CLARKS & DONNIE IRIS AT HOMEGROWN HOO HA 2, STEVE MILLER, TOM PETTY, DAVE MATTHEWS AND MANY MORE.
